An entry fragger is the player who leads the team's push onto a site, deliberately taking the first duel to create space and information for the rest of the team. The job is high-risk: the entry often trades their life to open a site, but a won opening duel swings the round.
In VALORANT, the entry fragger almost always plays a Duelist, whose aggressive abilities are built exactly for that first contact. It is a function, not an official agent role — the counterpart to the team's in-game leader, who decides where and when to make that entry.
