Naquib Azlan is a Malaysian racing driver and one of the clearest examples of the country's sim-to-real pipeline. He built his skills on iRacing, was spotted through Alex Yoong's eRacing events, and progressed into real motorsport via Toyota Gazoo Racing's Rookie Driver Development Programme.

On track he became the first-ever Rookie-class champion of Toyota's Vios Challenge and won the Sepang 1000km (2022) — a concrete bridge between Malaysia's sim racing scene and its real motorsport heritage. He races alongside his brother Nabil.
