The FC Pro World Championship is the season finale of EA's EA SPORTS FC competitive circuit. The 2026 edition runs in Paris (22–26 July) as part of the Esports World Cup.

What is the FC Pro World Championship?

The FC Pro World Championship is the season-ending world final of EA's own competitive program for EA SPORTS FC, FC Pro — the circuit that replaced the old "FIFA Global Series" after EA and FIFA parted ways. Players qualify through open ladders → regional qualifiers → a global qualifier, competing 1v1 in the Ultimate Team (FUT) mode.

2026 edition

The FC Pro 26 World Championship runs in Paris, 22–26 July 2026, staged as part of the Esports World Cup 2026. A flagship partner event on the road there, the eChampions League 2026 (UEFA-partnered), was won by Anders Vejrgang of Denmark.

Where Malaysia fits

Malaysia competes in EA's "Asia South" regional bracket. No Malaysian has yet reached the FC Pro World Championship — the confirmed 2026 field is led by European and North African players — but Rajabos is the standout local name on the FC Pro ladder, having taken an Asia South regional cup.

Frequently asked questions

Is the FC Pro World Championship the same as the FIFAe World Cup?

No. Since the 2022 split, EA runs the FC Pro circuit for EA SPORTS FC, while the separate "FIFAe" brand runs Konami's eFootball and other titles. They are different competitions on different games.

Has a Malaysian reached the FC Pro World Championship?

Not as of 2026. Malaysian players compete in EA's Asia South region; the strongest local result is a regional cup win by Rajabos.
