Who are Homebois?

Homebois are a Malaysian multi-title esports organisation, with teams in both Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and Honor of Kings.

Homebois in Mobile Legends

Homebois' MLBB team won MPL Malaysia Season 12 (2023) — with Xorn named Finals MVP — and were runners-up in Seasons 13 and 14. That championship core included Chibi and Sepat, making Homebois one of the strongest Malaysian MLBB sides of the era.

Homebois x Black Shrew Esport (HBSE) — Honor of Kings world champions

In August 2025 the Malaysian team Black Shrew Esport partnered with Homebois to compete in Honor of Kings as HomeBois BSE (HBSE). Under that banner the roster won the Honor of Kings International Championship (KIC) 2025 in Manila, defeating Nova Esports 4–0 in the grand final — a back-to-back world title, headlining an all-Malaysian podium.

The HomeBois × Black Shrew partnership ended on 31 December 2025, and the championship core moved on to Geekay Esports for the 2026 season, so "HBSE" now refers to that title-winning lineup of late 2025 rather than an active team.
